Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times

Orders usually arrive within 7 to 15 business days after shipping, depending on your country and location. During peak periods (such as Black Friday and the holiday season), delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package at every step.

Customs and duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address or lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help resolve the issue with the carrier, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund if the package can't be found.
